I’m Emily.

A Yorkshire-born storyteller, experience designer, speaker, and lifelong gatherer of humans, I create spaces where people connect more deeply - with themselves and with each other.

I bring people together through thoughtfully designed experiences, from intimate dinners and retreats to conferences, panels, workshops, and online events. Whether I'm speaking on stage, emceeing a room, consulting on an event or curating an experience from the ground up, my work is rooted in one belief: the right conversation can change everything.

Through storytelling, writing, and meaningful dialogue, I help people see each other - and themselves - more clearly. I believe in jumping before you're ready, asking better questions, and choosing connection over performance. I skip the small talk and lead with, "Tell me something."

Strangers are more important than we realize. The people we meet have the power to open doors, challenge assumptions, spark ideas, and alter the course of our lives in ways we never see coming. That belief drives everything I do.

I want to surround myself with people unafraid to fail, and if you’re not there yet, I’m here to help you get there. I learn on the fly, and I know big ideas only take flight when paired with bold action.
