  • The Room is for ambitious women who are done waiting for permission and ready to live and work on their own terms. The ones who refuse to settle for “be realistic.” It is for real connection, fresh perspective, accountability, and conversations that actually shift how they think, work, and live. Founder, creative, entrepreneur, professional, or beautifully non-conventional path walker, if you are craving more depth, direction, or expansion, you belong here. And if you are not quite sure what the next chapter looks like but you know it is going to be FABULOUS, you probably belong here too.

  • Not at all. Ambition is not reserved for business owners. While many members are founders, creatives, or entrepreneurs, The Room is for any woman who is growth-minded, curious, and serious about her own expansion, whatever that looks like.

    You do not need a title or a company to belong here. Just a willingness to invest in yourself, your thinking, and what comes next.

  • Yes. Members will get first access to select in-person experiences, including a retreat this November in British Columbia, close to Vancouver, exclusively for members of The Room.

    As we grow, there may also be gatherings in other locations around the world, but the intention will always stay the same: real connection, in real life, with the right people in the room.

  • This community is designed to fit into your life, not take it over.

    Some months you might just want clarity on what is worth your time, which opportunities are actually worth it, and a clear sense of direction without the noise. Other months you will want more - to fill your social cup, get out of your own head, and work through sticky challenges with a group of driven women who get it.

    You might also simply tune into an expert speaker on a specific topic to spark ideas or shift your perspective.
